TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Log what’s relevant to your IBS journey—whether it’s bloating, excess gas, abdominal pain, meals, exercise, bowel movements, mood, sleep, stress, or medications and supplements. Tummily is fully customisable, so you only track what matters to you. Your health is unique, and your diary should be too.
LEARN WHAT MAKES YOUR SYMPTOMS BETTER OR WORSE
Your personalised insights graph gives you a clear view of how your symptoms change over time. Connect the dots between triggers, treatments, and flare-ups, and see which habits help or hinder your gut health. The more you track, the more Tummily reveals—making it easier to predict, understand, and calm flare-ups.
PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT MEDICAL APPOINTMENT
Did you know it takes an average of 6 years to get an IBS diagnosis?! We’re here to change that. Tummily helps you clearly communicate what’s happening in your body by turning your daily logs into a simple, exportable PDF report. Share it with your doctor or dietitian to give them a clear view of your symptoms, meals, triggers, and trends. Your identifying details are stripped out, and you stay in control of who sees your data. Feel prepared, save time in appointments, and get the care you deserve.

ADVOCATING FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Tummily was founded by leading IBS dietitian Chelsea McCallum (APD). After helping thousands overcome debilitating symptoms through her digital clinic, Chelsea envisioned scaling that 1:1 support into a tool that could reach more people, more affordably.
She grew frustrated seeing the needs of this community overlooked and dismissed. “I’ve lost count of the number of clients told to just ‘eat more fibre’, ‘relax, it’s all in your head’, or ‘live with it, nothing can be done’,” says McCallum. Time and again, patients arrived with scattered symptom notes and no clarity about what was driving their pain, or what they could do to feel better.
Determined to change this, Chelsea created Tummily, an evidence-based digital tool designed to make personalised IBS support more accessible for everyone who needs it.
“Managing IBS can be life-changing. I’ve seen it time and again,” says McCallum. “Tummily puts evidence-based support in your pocket so you can spend less time guessing and more time living.”
