Expert Review & Analysis
I've been using Muse for about two weeks now and honestly its pretty decent, though it has some annoying quirks. I mainly got it to help clean up my inbox and stop forgetting to cancel free trials. Linking my Gmail was super easy, and I love the "Approve Actions" screen where it lists things it wants to do before actually doing them. It flagged a streaming subscription I forgot about and actually cancelled it for me after I tapped the approve button, which saved me fifteen bucks right there.
But teh fitness tracking side of it is kind of a mess right now. I connected my health data to try the coaching feature, but it keeps giving me these ridiculously intense workout plans. I tried to edit my preferences in the "Uniquely Yours" tab to make it tone down the advice, but it still feels like it's trying to train me for a marathon when I just want to do light cardio. Also the notifications can get a bit spammy if you don't go in and manually turn off the price alerts. It has a lot of potential and I'm keeping it on my phone for the budget stuff, just hope they fix the workout coaching soon.
