Luach Colel Chabad – Mobile App:
For a century, the Luach Colel Chabad has been the Chabad Chassid’s trusted daily guide — a handbook of minhagim (customs) and halachic practice arranged through the yearly cycle. First compiled in 5685 (1924–5) by Rabbi Avraham Chaim Naeh, one of the leading Chabad Rabbanim of Jerusalem, and later expanded by his son Rabbi Boruch Naeh, the Luach remains the authoritative reference for the laws and customs of Chabad.
The Rebbe himself reviewed the Luach, kept it on his desk, and urged Chassidim to consult it, often noting that actual practice should follow its rulings. He added handwritten corrections, spoke publicly of its importance, and thanked its publishers for making such guidance accessible.
For 100 years, the Luach has been published annually by Colel Chabad, serving as a companion in homes and synagogues worldwide. Originally issued as a large wall calendar and later in booklet form, it clarified areas of uncertainty — from prayer customs to halachic timings — and became indispensable in Chabad life. Today, as it marks its centennial (Rosh Hashanah 5786 / 2025), the Luach continues to guide communities with fidelity to the rulings of the Alter Rebbe and the traditions of the Chabad Rebbeim.
